Saturday Event

Between 3.00pm and 8.00pm the BRRC ran the entertainment at the Graham Bricknell Memorial Shell. The band "Rebound" wowed us between 3pm - 5pm. Sue Emerson ran our 1950's fashion parade that was enthusiastically supported. We also ran an Inaugural Bunbury Twist Championship. Between 6pm - 8pm we had the pleasure and huge sound of Twice as Nice.

A huge day, all made possible by the vision of our mayor Jaysen Miguel and his excellent staff.

Rocking with the Rockets

A great group of friends laid the floor outside, brought a basket supper and danced the night away together.

The weather was perfect, warm with a gentle breeze, just right for a night of dancing.

At 8.30 the fireworks light up the sky and the "ooo's and aarrs" followed. At 9.00pm it was all over. We packed up the floor and all headed home......

The SS Minnow was decorated and then launched for her maiden voyage around the town.

Captain Phil kept his hand on the Tiller and returned his vessel to dock without a scratch. In fact it never even got wet.....

ROCKING THE WEST COAST

Enthusiastic members of our Club have been Rocking the West Coast of Australia since 1999. From Geraldton in the north, York in the east to Albany in the south and just about every place in between, if there is rock 'n' roll music, we will be attending. Located in Bunbury, our members are ideally situated to take advantage of the many events in the surrounding towns.
